- After confirmation, I will send all vector source files of this scheme to your email.
Supplement: The design will avoid infringement to ensure the results are legal and usable; the delivered files include vector graphics, bitmaps and relevant specifications to ensure normal use.

For all our logo design customers, we offer 120-day after-sales service starting from the day you get and confirm the final logo. We focus on solving the common troubles in logo design, like plagiarism, unusable files, and slow after-sales, to help you avoid worries.
1. What We Offer
- Original logos: All our logos are 100% original, no copying. If there’s any infringement caused by us, we’ll take full responsibility.
- Usable files: We’ll give you complete design files (vector and common image formats), which can be used anywhere without distortion.
- Copyright transfer: After you pay in full, the logo’s copyright (excluding author’s right) is all yours. We won’t use it or let others use it without your permission.
- Free small tweaks: Within 120 days, you can get 3 free small changes (like color, font, proportion), no extra charge, as long as it’s not beyond the original design.
- Technical help: If you don’t know how to use the files, or lose them, we’ll guide you for free and help retrieve backed-up files within 120 days.
2. Service Period
120 calendar days from the day you confirm receiving the final logo. After that, we can provide paid services if you need more help.
3. What’s Not Included
- Problems caused by your improper use, modification or re-editing of the files.
- Big changes beyond the original design (like changing the core pattern or brand name) – that’s a new design and needs extra charge.
- Losses caused by your own equipment, network issues, or not backing up files.
- Dissatisfaction with the design style just because you changed your mind later.
